4. Newsletter Service Provider – Brevo
Mana’o Design uses Brevo to manage newsletter subscriptions and send newsletter emails.
When you subscribe, your email address and information associated with your subscription may therefore be processed by Brevo on behalf of Mana’o Design.
Brevo provides data-processing arrangements for its customers and states that the hosting servers used for processing and storing its databases are located within the European Union.

5. Website Hosting
The website is hosted using services provided by Websupport Magyarország Kft.
In connection with hosting and the technical operation and security of the website, technical information such as IP addresses and server logs may be processed.
Websupport states in its contractual documentation that, in relation to its customers’ users, it acts as a data processor under Article 28 of the GDPR.
6. Cookies
The website currently uses a functional cookie called pll_language, which is associated with the website’s multilingual functionality and remembers the visitor’s language preference.
This cookie is used to provide the requested language functionality of the website.
At the time of the latest review, Mana’o Design does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or similar advertising or behavioural tracking technologies on the website.
